Meet the Founder: Jason Rascoe

Fleet Manager. Automotive Expert. Education Innovator.

Jason Rascoe brings over a decade of frontline experience in automotive technology, fleet operations, and emergency vehicle maintenance. As the current Education Director at Black Fleet Network, Jason leads with strategy, precision, and a deep understanding of preventive maintenance and repair systems.

A graduate of Macomb Community College’s Automotive Technology program, Jason has enhanced his expertise through training with industry leaders like Ford Motor Company, W.S. Darley, and Hale, specializing in pump systems, diesel technology, and emergency response vehicles.

From managing municipal fleets for the City of Detroit Fire and Apparatus and Rose Pest Solutions, to leading mechanic training programs at Purpose Auto LLC, Jason’s passion lies in empowering the next generation of technicians. His leadership merges hands-on knowledge with a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring every student receives the highest quality of training.
